This website is currently being revised and is deliberately kept lean. It contains no contact form, no analytics or tracking services, no embedded map and no fonts from external servers. No cookies are set that would require consent.

When you open this website, data transmitted by your browser is processed automatically:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page requested
• referrer, that is the page visited before

The purpose of this processing is the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operational and data security under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The data is deleted automatically after a short time and is not merged with other data sources.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. The deployment region is set to Frankfurt am Main (fra1).

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 DSGVO is in place with the provider. Where personal data is transferred to the USA in this context, the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO.

Fonts

The font used, Fira Sans, is delivered from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider. Your IP address is not transmitted to any third party in this context.

Getting in touch

If you call us or send us an email, we process the information you provide in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO where it concerns the initiation or performance of a treatment contract, and otherwise Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Email is not suitable for transmitting health data and not suitable for booking appointments.

An ordinary email is not encrypted while it is being transmitted. Health data enjoys special protection under Art. 9 DSGVO. For anything concerning your treatment, please speak to us by telephone or in person at the clinic. Please book appointments online through Doctolib or by telephone.

Booking appointments through Doctolib

On this website you will find a link to our profile on Doctolib. It is an ordinary link, not an embedded booking window. As long as you do not click the link, no data is transmitted to Doctolib.

If you click the link, you leave this website. Doctolib GmbH is then responsible for processing your data on the Doctolib platform; their privacy information applies.
